Products Eligible for Refund:

    •    Juices and Smoothies: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

    •    Ebooks and Digital Products: All ebook sales are final, as they are downloadable digital products. No refunds will be issued after the purchase has been completed.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Please include photos of the damaged item in your communication.

Cancellations:

    •    Subscription Services: If you are subscribed to a recurring order or service, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

    •    Pre-orders: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please do so before your order is processed and shipped. Once your order is processed, cancellations are not permitted.
